The internal resistance of the plate heat exchanger, because a large amount of scale or stolen goods are attached to the surface of the plate, not only affects the heat exchange efficiency, but also increases the resistance flowing through the heat exchanger. In this case, if the original rotation speed of the circulating pump is kept constant, the speed of hot water flowing through the user's radiator or floor heating will be reduced. Thereby causing the phenomenon that the heating of the end user is not hot.

    When we see the influence of the above two important factors, think about our own heat exchanger. You may feel as if it doesn't make any difference! The reason is that our automatic control system will automatically adjust the opening of the valve position of the electric regulating valve and the rotating speed of the circulating pump according to the existing situation. The result of the automatic adjustment here is the secret that no one knows.

    Here's an example: suppose your heat exchange station room has 2 sets of units, a high area and a low area. If the circulating pump is considered as 75KW, the operating frequency of the circulating pump will be 35HZ when the pressure difference is 0.1Mpa under the new plate change condition. When the internal resistance of the plate change becomes larger, the system will continue to maintain the pressure difference of 0.1Mpa, and the system will automatically raise the circulating pump frequency to 45HZ, and the opening of the electric valve will be changed from 30% to 70%. Let's figure out what will happen in this way.

    Relationship between some output frequencies of frequency converter and current and power:

    1. Correspondence between output frequency and input power of frequency converter: the output frequency of frequency converter is proportional to the cube of input power.

    2. Correspondence between output frequency and input current of frequency converter: the output frequency of frequency converter is proportional to the cube of input current.

    The power of the frequency converter of 70KW circulating pump is 54.7 kW at 45Hz and 25.7KW at 35 Hz. In this case, one set of units will increase the power by 54.7-25.7=29KW/h per hour, that is, 29 kWh, and two sets of units will increase the power by 29*2*24=1392 kWh per day. A total of 1392*120=167040 degrees of additional electricity in a heating season. If the electricity charge is calculated according to the current power charging standard 1.2 yuan/kWh, the additional electricity charge in a heating season is 167,040 * 1.2 = 200,448 yuan.
